Born in Yonkers, New York, and raised in Morristown, New Jersey Tim has been a Colorado
resident for 30 years. A 1980 graduate of the University of Colorado, Tim
enjoys most everything about the Colorado lifestle from skiing to golf and fly-fishing,
"There is always something to do in this state or in this city. I wouldn't
live any place else". Involved in the local real esate market since
the early 80's Tim's knowledge of the central Denver income property market as a
property manager and real estate broker is a benifit to all that have worked
